Job description
The successful support engineer will be tasked with supporting critical systems and providing technical support as well a troubleshooting, incident management and system monitoring and maintenance.
You'll take ownership of complex technical issues across Linux, Windows, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure), leading incident response and ensuring systems remain stable, secure, and performant.
In addition you will be required to liaise with key stakeholders and customers, forming key relationships with both.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in technical support or system administration
- Financial Services/Trading experience
- Strong knowledge of Linux & Windows environments, as well as AWS & Azure
- Automation & Scripting: Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Familiar with monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic, Kibana)
- Excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills
- (Bonus) Exposure to CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform or Ansible
