Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in IT support?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, We're looking for a confident all-rounder with a willingness to learn, adapt to new experiences, and manage support requests, installations, administration and configuration tasks, as well as a busy IT help desk., * A strong technical background, with the willingness and ability to operate in a hands-on capacity.
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, supporting multiple clients with varying infrastructures and technical requirements.
- Working and administration knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform and apps.
- Experience or understanding of Microsoft server roles including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Entra.
- Strong networking skills, including firewalls, TCP/IP, subnetting and routing/switching.
- Experience of working within a multi-site, SME environment would be advantageous.
- Full driving licence.
Knowledge & Understanding of:
- Hardware installation, fault finding and repair.
- Windows Server 2016+.
- Active Directory.
- Microsoft 365 setup, configuration and management.
- SharePoint Online.
- Mobile Device Management.
- Networking - routers, switches, firewalls.
- AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, covering core hours from 9:00am to 5:30pm, although some out-of-hours work may be required depending on client project requirements.
