IT Systems Co-ordinator

A working knowledge of SQL, query building, HTML, and Crystal Reports is beneficial. While direct access to the SQL database is no longer available due to the current configuration of the IMIS system, which primarily utilizes user-friendly "wizard"-based tools, familiarity with these technologies supports a better understanding of underlying system operations and reporting functions., The IT Systems Co-ordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the organisation's CRM system and infrastructure. This role ensures the efficient functioning, security, and reliability of the IMIS Engagement Management Software system. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, the IT Systems Co-ordinator supports the delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives, troubleshoot technical issues, manage system upgrades, and contribute to the strategic planning of IT services. The position plays a key role in ensuring minimal downtime, optimising system performance, and maintaining data integrity and security., 1. Provide support and guidance on the use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to all departments and staff.

2. Deliver IT assistance to staff and departments.
3. Support the Director of Finance with IT-related tasks and other duties as required.
