Job description

  • Support the design team ensuring all design information is controlled and maintained in a methodical manner and issued within set time scales.
  • Ensure company and project information management protocols and procedures are followed (including but not limited to the IMP and BEP).
  • Be communication liaison for the design and site teams including key documentation and handover information.
  • Build effective working relationships with all members of the site team, up to and including Director level.
  • Support the Viewpoint Champion for the project team.
  • Support the relevant Teams with the workflow process, RDD, RFI, Change Control and linking information to virtual containers within our CDE.
  • Manage the CDE i.e. creating internal and external document containers with CDE template or inviting and revoking internal and external users.
  • Manage registers and audit site records regularly to ensure compliance with our BMS processes and procedures.
  • Generate and issue reports to internal/external parties when required.
  • Support / Manage Field View for the project teams with uploading and calibrating drawings, inviting members, package creation, creating form distribution and on-going best practice management of the data with regular audits / reporting., With an impressive order book of over £4.1 billion we are one of the industry's leading principal contractors, affording you the opportunity to work on some of the UK's most exciting projects offering you stability as well as the chance to stretch your capabilities and realise long held career goals. Requirements

  • Fully conversant with the Microsoft suite of packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other desktop publishing software packages.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Viewpoint for Projects is essential.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Viewpoint Field View is essential.
  • Able to demonstrate alignment and work in line with the Galliford Try values - Excellence, Passion, Integrity and Collaboration.
