• Extensive knowledge of server operating systems and technologies, such as Server 2016/2012/2008, Server 2019, and Server 2022, DHCP, and DNS, to ensure seamless network operations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 is essential
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls, enabling effective troubleshooting and network management.
• Excellent timekeeping and communication skills, essential for efficient coordination and seamless collaboration with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, maintaining composure and delivering optimal results in challenging situations.
