Job description

You will be responsible in assisting the team by managing all administrative and technical documents, including the control of documentation and administrative processes in accordance with Project Specific and Company Procedures., Provide support to the Document Control team on projects running Prepare documents for presentation (progress reports, PowerPoint, etc.) Setting up internal meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes Upload information's onto EDMS conforming to all Bouygues Protocols Assist with the filing and archiving of project correspondence and handover documentation Problem solving

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Due to us winning new School Build projects, Bouygues UK are looking for an experienced Document Controller for a 1-year fixed term contract. We would also consider an experienced admin person who could show drive and ability to learn the role. This would be a site-based role for 3 days a week, initially based in Harrow and then to another project in the London and South east area., Good IT skills (MS Office), Excel with basic formulas and conditional formatting Good attention to detail Capacity to work effectively within a team environment Organisational skills (prioritising tasks, respecting deadlines, methodical work) Flexibility with changes to tasks and duties Proactive and able to follow up when information is missing. Multi-tasking Viewpoint for Projects not essential as training will be provided A basic understanding of construction drawings and approvals process would be advantageous
