Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Administrator to provide comprehensive support and assistance within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client requests, 4 glaziers, route planning and quoting jobs, and running the help desk 2 days a week to allow for the business to grow sales. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in a dynamic environment, ensuring seamless IT operations across various platforms and systems., * Respond promptly to client requests via the help desk system, providing effective solutions and updates to their needs.
- Support desktop environments across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Manage our glaziers day and allocate jobs then quote, or allocate jobs and invoice.
- Assist sales and marketing with reports and weekly updates
- Maintain and support ongoing projects
- Monitor work flow and on going targets.
- Document incidents and resolutions accurately within ticketing systems to facilitate ongoing support improvements.
- send clients updates once jobs are complete
- Ensure H&S is paramount.
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, * Strong knowledge of computer systems as numerous are used to run the business
- Proven experience in desktop work
- Proficiency in managing others diaries
- Familiarity with reactive maintenance works.
- Excellent support skills with the ability to solve problems for customers and staff
- Good understanding of glass industry/works is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly to clients
- Organised approach with attention to detail
- Strong phone manor and personality, with confidence
