Job description
I am currently recruiting a Helpdesk Administrator for my client based in Stratford, London, you will be the first point of contact for clients regarding the maintenance, repairs and provision of building services.
The successful Helpdesk Administrator will work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and management to ensure high standards of customer service are continuously maintained.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Are you an ex-military administrator, who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service?, * The successful candidate must have a proven background in customer service.
- Previous experience handling complaints would be beneficial.
- Fantastic communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to balance a varied workload and have good attention to detail.
Strong communicator and ability to build and develop strong relationships.
- IT literate, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
