Job description
This position is responsible for ensuring that business transformation objectives are met, stakeholders are engaged, and the effective use of Workday Skills Cloud delivers measurable benefits. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of change management expertise, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR systems and digital transformation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and lead the change management approach for the Workday Skills Cloud project, aligning with organisational strategy and objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to keep all parties informed and motivated throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee the input into the design and delivery of training programmes to support end-users and functional users, use Skills Cloud, ensuring competence and confidence in using Workday Skills Cloud.
- Support the definition and tracking of key performance indicators to measure the success of the Workday Skills Cloud implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business change management, ideally within HR transformation or digital system implementations.
- Strong understanding of Workday or similar HRIS platforms; direct experience with Skills Cloud is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical skills, including impact and risk assessment capabilities
