ConnexAI is looking for Implementation consultants to bring our Conversational AI product to life for clients. As the technical face of ConnexAI, you'll help organisations transform their contact centres, making them smarter, faster, and more efficient with AI.
The Role
In this role, you will guide organisations from initial design through configuration, deployment, and training, ensuring our clients harness the full capabilities of our conversational AI to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Your first three weeks will be immersive training on our Conversational AI platform and Omnichannel CCaaS products. From day one, you will gain the skills to deliver AI solutions that are making a measurable difference for our clients. Once trained on our products, you will be out in the field, rolling out AI and CCaaS deployments across the UK, seeing the direct impact of your work on clients' operations.

Requirements
- We are seeking candidates with experience deploying, configuring, or supporting AI or contact centre technologies, including CCaaS, UCaaS, IVR, dialers, telephony, or WFM systems.
- Candidates from technology backgrounds with experience in AI or contact centre platforms are also welcome.
- Availability to travel the majority of the week (this is a field role)
