My client is seeking a visionary Head of Data to define and drive their data strategy, leveraging Azure and Databricks to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that empower analytics and decision-making across the business., * Proven leadership in data engineering and analytics, ideally within Azure and Databricks ecosystems.

• Expertise in ETL orchestration, Azure Data Factory, and medallion architecture.
• Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, and KPI-driven dashboarding.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Background in construction, project delivery, or similar data-rich environments is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
