Job description

Creative Networks UK is hiring a Level 1 IT Service Desk Engineer to join our growing support team in Rochdale. The role involves providing first-line technical assistance to clients, resolving IT issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, technically skilled, and eager to grow in a fast-paced IT environment., * Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Log, track, and resolve incidents using the company's ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate where necessary.
  • Support users with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
  • Maintain strong communication and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Document processes and follow company IT procedures.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 1-2 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Microsoft certification (e.g., MS-900, MD-100, or AZ-900) is required - or a commitment to complete it within 6 months of employment by themselves.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA or ITIL are an advantage., * IT Service Desk: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (preferred)
