As a consultant joining GROW, you'll be working within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You'll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.
Role accountabilities:
Our Digital Asset Management group provide strategic, tactical, and technical services to our clients - guiding and supporting the implementation of asset management best-practice, tailored to meet their organisational needs. As a Junior Digital Consultant, you will work within multi-disciplinary teams: helping to develop and advise on asset management best-practice, providing key contribution to the successful delivery of our digital asset management solutions, and working to build Arcadis' reputation as a leader in our chosen markets. Your responsibilities will be varied and challenging, including project delivery, solution design / specification, guiding client strategy and expectations, and managing emergent risks and opportunities. You will help create and shape asset data with innovative solutions, whilst developing an understanding of the critical role that digital information plays within our client's organisations. As part of your career there will be opportunities to secure deep experience in the asset management discipline - across our target market sectors and a raft of digital technologies.
Accepted Degrees: BEng / BSc / MEng / MSc in an Engineering, Computing, Technology or Business-related subject
Requirements
- You will be graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree
- You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
- You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
- Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
