Strong knowledge of application architecture, design methodologies, and SDLC approaches across multiple platforms.

Deep understanding of back-office functions including Customer Services, Credit, and Finance.

Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence across business levels.
