Job description

Our client is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to strengthen their use of Workday across the organisation. The successful candidate will act as a trusted support partner, delivering day-to-day system assistance while also contributing to projects, process improvements, and the rollout of new functionality., * Serve as the primary contact for Workday HCM support, resolving day-to-day queries and issues.

  • Provide operational support across key Workday modules including HCM, Security, EIB, and Compensation.
  • Conduct regular audits and data checks to maintain accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and the implementation of new modules and functionality.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation including training guides, process documentation, and configuration records.
  • Partner with Centres of Expertise, People Analytics, HRIS/Digital, and other stakeholders to optimise system usage and enhance efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced users to build internal Workday capability.
  • Stay engaged with the Workday Community to identify opportunities for system enhancement and innovation.

Requirements

  • 4 years of professional experience with Workday HCM.
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday Security, EIB, and Compensation (advanced Compensation experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive data confidentially and in compliance with regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Performance, Reporting, or Integrations.
  • Previous involvement in system upgrades, module rollouts, or other HR technology projects.
  • Experience mentoring or training end users on Workday best practices.
  • Skilled at prioritising and managing escalations or time-sensitive issues.
  • Active participation in the Workday Community to share insights and drive improvements.
