Job description
We're looking for a skilled 2nd Line Project Engineer to join our client's growing Managed Service Provider team in Horsham. In this role, you'll support and deliver technical projects for a wide range of clients, ensuring smooth implementation and high-quality service., * Deliver and support IT infrastructure projects (Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, servers).
- Provide 2nd line technical support and escalation assistance.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to service improvements.
Requirements
- Strong experience in an MSP environment.
- Confident with Windows Server, Azure, M365.
- Heavy networking, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
