Job description
Responsible for the administration and integrity checks of all the above systems operational within the Trust. Provide technical support for all the above systems to all users of these systems ensuring that all incidents or tasks raised for assistance or support are completed promptly and to a high standard. Participate in the testing, configuration, training and support of all new releases of the above software. Add and modify the configuration of any of the above systems for the benefit of the Trust (i.e. adding new locations, business units) in accordance with the requirements of the Trust. Provide 1st and 2nd line support for all the above systems within the local Health Community (WSHT, GP Surgeries, and Hospices). Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the Supplier of the above systems, promptly, ensuring all relevant information is included. Assist other members of the team in resolving problems and queries, depending on area of expertise, to ease workload pressures. Responsible for organising own workload daily, ensuring all priority work is progressed or escalated quickly and efficiently. Work closely with all relevant teams to ensure all work is progressed effectively. These teams include IT Technical Support, GP Surgeries, System Suppliers, and Operational Teams. Work closely with all systems administrators that have an interface with any of the above systems, i.e. MIS, JAC, PACS, RIS, Office Automation etc Work with System Trainers on common issues to help improve Training and user knowledge. Requirements
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, methodical, has an eye for detail and can work to tight schedules. Candidates with prior knowledge of at least one of these systems will have a distinct advantage. The successful applicant must be flexible, able to work under pressure, will be based at either Chichester or Worthing, but must be willing to travel to the alternative sites on occasions.
