Lead Test Engineer

You'll be the heartbeat of quality across several squads, owning release planning, test strategy, and cross-team alignment for a major next-generation product used across the UK and Europe.

What you'll be doing

• Leading QA delivery across multiple teams
• Owning test strategies, release test plans, and cross-team coordination
• Driving quality, pace, and visibility to senior leadership
• Ensuring stable, predictable releases through strong QA discipline
• Getting stuck into exploratory testing and pushing automation opportunities

What you'll bring

• Multi-team delivery coordination experience
• Strong understanding of QA best practice + modern engineering
• Confident communicator across engineering, PMs, and leadership
• Experience working with CI/CD, release management, and complex integrations
• API testing knowledge (Postman/SoapUI) is a bonus
