Design UX Lead

We're on the lookout for a UX Design Lead who's excited about building meaningful, user-friendly experiences and leading a small but mighty design team. As a Key Leader, You'll Collaborate With Product Managers And Engineers To Deliver Scalable, User-centric solutions that drive business adoption and growth.

Figma, Scratch, Openness, Case Studies, Functionality, Gears, * 5+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform

• 3+ years in leading a design team
• Deep knowledge of Figma, design system and openness to explore new tools and technologies.
• You have strong leadership and social skills
• You have experience collaborating closely with R&D and product teams.
• You're able to work directly with PMs / engineers and push back and justify design decisions when needed, to maintain quality, best practices and support scale.
• You have a positive attitude with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team.
• You possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• You are creative and an outside of the box thinker
• Portfolio - Strong UX Portfolio with case studies displaying depth of work, solving complex problems from scratch.
• SaaS or B2B - Designing solutions that are data-rich and often solve niche user problems that balance functionality with beauty.
