Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end design of complex Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding strategic direction and best practice.
• Oversee and quality-assure configuration, documentation, and functional deliverables.
• Mentor, coach, and support junior and mid-level consultants within the practice.
• Drive pre-sales activities, including:

• High-impact demos
• Shaping solutions, scope, and proposals
• Providing authoritative advice on Oracle Cloud Payroll capabilities and roadmaps

• Facilitate advanced design workshops and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with technical, integration, and project delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes., * Experience in complementary HCM modules:

• Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM - Payroll, ideally across multiple full-cycle implementations
• Deep functional knowledge and configuration expertise, including:

• Fast Formula
• Element design
• Payroll process flows
• Calculation cards

• Strong workshop leadership and solution documentation skills
• Confident in pre-sales, bid support, and client-facing discussions
• OTBI reporting and/or SQL competency
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
