Job description
You will be responsible for the maintenance, environment design, implementation, documentation, and health monitoring of business applications and their underlying platform technologies used within the UK/EU region.
Requirements
- Over 5 years' experience in a customer-facing IT system administration role.
- Previous experience in roles within the London insurance market.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft application technologies, including SQL Server, IIS, and .NET.
- Familiar with IT best practices and tools (e.g., service desk and release management platforms).
- Experience in risk management and control design/monitoring
