Requirements

Key Responsibilities * Design and update solution architecture ("as-is" / "to-be"), including impact analysis and documentation. * Act as IT consultant for stakeholders (Product Owners, Managers, Business Process Owners). * Align with cross-functional teams on technology roadmaps and process optimization. * Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work packages. * Support development, testing (system/UAT), and change/incident management in Agile, DevOps, or Waterfall setups. Requirements * 7+ years of IT experience in SAP Product Safety, REACH Compliance, or S/4HANA Product Compliance. * Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations. * Strong knowledge of EHSM processes, SAP material master, and regulatory compliance. Nice to Have * Experience with ERC upgrades, WWI server, SDS templates, Dangerous Goods configuration. * Familiarity with Jira, SolMan, ServiceNow, and regulated environments. * Project management or team coordination experience.
