Founding Engineer
- This is a once-in-a-generation shot to define how humanity brings new ideas into the real world. We're going to take the opportunity by moving fast, working with intensity, and executing without compromise.
Requirements
- Problem Solver - You love solving hard problems (proven history of doing so).
- Ownership & Intensity - You take charge and force things into existence. Bonus if you've founded something yourself / joined a startup as an early member.
- Proven Builder - 2+ years as an engineer with a track record of fast, production-grade code shipping.
- Applied LLMs - Experience deploying multimodal foundation model-based products. Deep knowledge of LLM research, agents, tools, and function calling.
- Deploying LLMs - Experience with LangChain, indexing, RAG, semantic search, and fine-tuning (SFT/RL) of LLMs/agents.
- Infra Knowledge - Experience with relational databases, graph databases, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
