Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of end-to-end software development (or proof of exceptional talent)
- Proven ability to design, build, and deploy complex production systems from scratch
- Hands-on experience across the whole stack (frontend + backend + infra)
- Strong CS fundamentals, fast learner, curiosity for real-world ops problems
We love candidates with:
- Early-stage or founding engineer experience
- Experience building distributed systems and/or workflow orchestration (Temporal, Camunda)
- Strong Data and AI skillset (OCR, NLP, agentic workflows)
- Background in ERP, retail, or CPG

Benefits & conditions
Cash: £90-120K p.a. base
Equity: At least 2% with the possibility to increase depending on performance
