IT Support Technician

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Technician to join our growing team. As our school continues to expand, there may be opportunities to increase working hours in the future. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic educational environment, supporting both staff and students with a wide range of IT needs., Provide day-to-day IT support across the school Install and configure PCs, laptops, printers, and other ICT devices Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues Support specialist communication software (e.g. Mind Express, Clicker 8) Configure and maintain the central Print Server and resolve printing issues Set up and support AV equipment including projectors and interactive whiteboards Maintain and improve network infrastructure (routers, switches, cabling, Wi-Fi) Manage IT consumables and liaise with suppliers and central IT support Participate in relevant training and development opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For

Experience in IT support or a related field Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
