Are you fluent in French and passionate about cybersecurity? Join our EMEA Cyber Analyst team and help protect businesses from evolving cyber threats. You'll be investigating incidents, communicating with French-speaking customers, and showcasing how Darktrace technology strengthens their security posture. This is an entry-level role with full training provided-perfect for detail-oriented individuals eager to start a career in cybersecurity.
This position offers French-speaking candidates the chance to immerse themselves in cybersecurity across SOC, Consultancy, and Threat functions. It's a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to be organised, proactive, and adaptable comfortable wearing multiple hats.
This is a hybrid position working 2 days per week in our London or Cambridge office
What will I be doing?

Monitoring and analyzing network traffic using the Darktrace platform to detect anomalies.

Investigating alerts and producing clear, technical reports for customers.

Responding to basic customer queries via email or chat.

Researching emerging threats and sharing insights internally and externally.

Supporting customers in adopting best practices and using Darktrace effectively.

Staying up to date with cybersecurity trends and contributing to product improvements.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Fluent French (written and spoken) to support French-speaking customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Organisational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Awareness of basic security principles
