Job description
As an HR Systems Analyst, you will support the HR operation across Leonardo Hotels by administering, configuring, maintaining, and optimising our Workday platform. You'll play a key part in ensuring Workday effectively supports our people, payroll processes and initiatives across the organisation. The HR Systems Analyst is vital to Leonardo Hotels' expansion, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work every day!
The base location for this role is flexible, and we are happy to discuss hybrid-working arrangements at the interview.
Main responsibilities of the HR Systems Analyst include:
- Providing first-line support for Workday-related issues, resolving technical challenges and providing guidance on system capabilities
- Assisting with configuring and maintaining our Workday modules, implementing updates and enhancements under the guidance of the HR Systems Manager
- Dashboard and discovery boards: Help generate and maintain Dashboards while assisting colleagues wishing to use discovery boards.
- Documenting configuration changes, processes and system updates (including through the use of EIBs) to support efficient HRIS management and knowledge-sharing
- Assisting with the preparation of training materials and delivering training sessions to promote effective use of the Workday system.
- Working with the wider HR team to identify opportunities for system enhancements, recommending improvements to streamline HR processes and increase system efficiency.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, Be Yourself - Be a Bold Team Player - Be Leonardo, * Have previous experience in an HRIS or HR Analyst role and in maintaining and configuring a live Workday system
- Experience with the following modules - Core HCM, Advanced Reporting, Absence (including complex configurations), Payroll
- Experience with integrations and Prism is desirable but not a requisite for the role
- Ability to build and maintain reports, calculated fields and dashboards
- Experience in testing support and issue tracking, and supporting Workday's bi-annual release cycle
- Ability to maintain data quality, perform audits, and support data cleansing initiatives
- Good problem solver with the ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
- Be confident and comfortable communicating with all levels of the business, and be able to build a great rapport with the team around you
