Result Areas | Core Responsibilities ICT Strategy and Governance Formulate long-term strategy, policy, and plans Create support and ensure alignment within and outside the organization Develop ICT architecture and policy, standards, and (performance) norms for usage and management Justify proposals, consult internal and external experts, and ensure decision-making Communicate policies to the organization and advise on content and application Prepare and control budgets and expenditures Technical Design (of Business Processes) Consult with the client to align the assignment, analyze existing information systems and ICT infrastructure Elaborate system requirements and concept, discuss developments and cross-influences in ICT infrastructure, inter-system relations, and hardware Define criteria for construction and implementation, and develop technical design (demo version) of the (to be) developed system software Investigate business processes (within defined assignment) and discuss plans/possibilities for modifying business processes Analyze obtained information Map out (desired state of) business processes, specify relationships between processes and related information systems Education/Experience At least a Bachelor's degree 5-8 years of experience in a similar role Experience managing logistics IT processes Subject matter expertise (database technology, cloud solutions, and IT security) Excellent Dutch and English skills (spoken and written)
