Solution Architect - Chiplet/SoC - EDA -

As Solution Architect you will be responsible for successful execution of large-scale technically-diverse projects. This role involves leading our services teams to provide complex and cohesive solutions for our end-customers.

The successful applicant must be based in Europe and free to travel within Europe. This is a hybrid position with a mix of onsite and remote working., Strong knowledge of frontend design and verification, plus an understanding of emulation, DFT, backend implementation and P&R solutions Oversee all aspects of the project from initial scoping through to final delivery Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of the project Manage a team of multi-disciplined personnel including Technical Leads and Project Managers Partner with Account teams and Services teams to drive and deliver a successful engagement Understand and document customer objectives and requirements

Work with assigned Technical Leads to scope project effort and capture project proposalsRequired skills and experience 8+ years of hands-on experience managing electronic design projects A good understanding of RISC-V, RISC-V extensions and/or Arm processors is highly desirable Familiarity with SoC architectures, Chiplet design and SiP solutions Knowledge of HPCs and Hyperscalers would be advantageous Understanding of skills and processes required to manage Services projects Excellent customer focus, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills with a sense of urgency Excellent telephone and electronic communications skills Customer-facing and services-orientated background Proven track record of delivering high quality projects on-time with the highest levels of customer satisfactionWorking at Siemens Software
