Job description

Are you an organised and analytical individual with a passion for data accuracy and process improvement? This newly created role offers the opportunity to play a key part in maintaining and improving the integrity of master data across multiple business functions - ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and compliance for a leading Banbury-based manufacturer.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the setup and maintenance of UK SKUs in SAP, including Bills of Materials, Routings, and relevant fields for both UK and non-UK products.
  • Maintaining data integrity across Operations, Logistics, Commercial, and Finance, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams - from manufacturing and supply chain to finance - to ensure data supports operational excellence.
  • Managing cost data, including maintaining unit cost prices, running costings, investigating discrepancies, and analysing results.
  • Overseeing master data at SKU, customer, and vendor levels to ensure accuracy and currency.
  • Developing and maintaining reports to support effective business decision-making.
  • Supporting product lifecycle management in collaboration with Business Development Managers.
  • Partnering with central teams on group-wide master data initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Experienced in SAP and confident managing large data sets.

  • Naturally inquisitive, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organised and able to prioritise a busy workload to meet key deadlines.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across departments.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment would be highly beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
