SAP PP Business Analyst

We're on the lookout for someone who's not only technically capable with SAP, but also confident communicating and coaching others to get the best out of the system. If you've got solid experience with Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), this role is your chance to help a large manufacturing business maximise the value of its SAP setup.

What you'll be doing day-to-day

• Solving SAP issues and helping users get back on track quickly.
• Training and supporting key users so they feel confident using the system.
• Driving improvements - whether it's small tweaks, mini projects, or bigger enhancements.
• Working on projects: testing, training, and helping with data migration.
• Running internal SAP health checks and audits to keep everything running smoothly.
• Getting involved in process mapping and fit-gap analysis to shape how SAP is used going forward.

• You've worked with SAP before, ideally in operations like production, materials, or quality.
• You know your stuff when it comes to end-to-end processes in PP and QM within a manufacturing environment.
• You can turn business requirements into practical SAP solutions that work.
• You're hands-on with functional specs, testing, training, and go-live support.
• You're customer-focused, easy to work with, and good at building relationships.
• You've got strong analytical skills and have worked in a multinational setup before.
