You will initially be joining as a Document Controller and support two major projects. Due to the locations, this role would suit someone who drives and lives around Croydon, Crawley, or West Surrey, as both sites are comfortably commutable within an hour.

One of the sites is a particularly busy and lively office, so we are looking for you to have a strong personality, who loves a bit of banter. You will thrive in a fast paced environment. • Carry out quality checks on all issued documents
  • Produce regular reports including drawing registers, RFI logs and HSE documentation
  • Provide onsite administrative support such as inductions, passes, signage and printing
  • Assist with onboarding new staff and completing Right to Work checks
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes
  • Support the setup and smooth running of the site office
  • Monitor office supplies and manage stationery and printing orders

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Document Controller on a live construction project
  • Confident using Asite, Fieldview, Microsoft 365 and Adobe
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • A clear and confident communicator with both site and office teams
  • CSCS card is an advantage but not essential
  • Understanding of social value in construction or experience in community liaison is a bonus

If you are looking for a role where you can grow, take ownership and become a key part of a developing department, we would love to hear from you
