Job description

· Assist in the design and delivery of user flows, wireframes, prototypes and visual mock-ups

· Conduct user research, usability testing and feedback sessions to inform design decisions.

· Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Marketers and Senior Designers to bring ideas to life.

· Contribute to the evolution of our design system and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.

· Support Marketing Teams and Senior Management with graphic design assets (leaflets, social posts, presentations), often to tight deadlines.

· Participate in design reviews and help present design rationale and user insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

Do you have experience in UX?, We're looking for a Junior UX Designer with a solid foundation in Graphic Design and an interest in data-driven design to join our growing in-house design team. You'll support the creation of intuitive and engaging digital experiences while ensuring strong visual identity across our suite of products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their UX career who brings a creative eye, attention to detail and a desire to learn from other designers., · Apply empathy, adaptability, problem-solving and attention to detail when contributing to design tasks and team collaboration.

Skills and experience

Required:

· 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI/Digital Product design

· A portfolio demonstrating UX process and graphic design skills

· Proficiency in design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

· Understanding of user-centred design principles, accessibility and responsive design

· Strong visual design skills and an eye for detail

· Excellent communication, collaboration and time-management skills

Nice to have:

· Use of analytics and insight tools to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement

· Awareness of HTML/CSS and JavaScript fundamentals to collaborate effectively with developers

· Experience of working in an agile environment
