Job description

The Colleague Experience & Operations function is introducing a new operating model, changing the way work comes into the function and is distributed across teams. This role will sit in the Colleague Experience team, delivering innovate solutions and a continued evolution of the colleague and user experience for the function.

The role will design and enhance people journeys and embed innovative, future ready ways of working. You will maximise the use of digital systems available - leveraging automation, self-service tools, and data insights to modernise and future-proof our people services. You will create seamless intuitive experiences for People function teams and colleagues, and use a range of communication tools and styles to provide training and documentation for the Colleague Experience & Operations teams., We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels accepted and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Requirements

Do you have experience in Visio?, * Customer outcome focused with the ability to convert customer needs and business requirements into suitable, effective solutions

  • Creative and proactive in delivering change within fast-paced environments, ensuring impactful and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, both independently and within a team setting.
  • Experience of identifying root cause analysis, to support development of outcomes and solutions
  • Experienced in producing engaging process documentation, including guides, videos, and flows; familiarity with tools such as Canva, Page Tiger, Visio, and SharePoint is desirable.
  • Skilled in facilitating group sessions, constructively challenging the status quo, and capturing actionable outcomes.

Benefits & conditions

Salary and benefits: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE plus an indicative bonus range of 8-16% , private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.
