Join Our Team as a SECURITY ACCESS & VETTING ADMINISTRATOR at Aspire Defence Service Limited (ADSL) Salary: £25,100 per annum uniform provided Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends Location: Aldershot Are you ready to join a dynamic team where innovation thrives? Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven SECURITY ACCESS & VETTING ADMINISTRATOR to be part of our exciting journey. - Your Role: Check, verify and process security clearance applications, and issue Temporary Visitor Passes, Permanent and Temporary vehicle passes to authorised personnel in accordance with Aspire Defence's Security Policy and Regulations. Communicate with external bodies to quickly obtain the necessary satisfactory references. Entering personnel and vehicle details into a Site Access Management System (SAMS). Producing the Temporary personnel pass, Permanent or Temporary vehicle pass for issue. Assist in collating and analysing access statistics on a monthly basis by producing a report for the Security Supervisor. Issue keys to authorised personnel in accordance with Aspire Defence's Security Policy and Regulations
Requirements
Qualifications: GCSE or equivalent Grade c or above in Maths and English, with a good level of IT literacy and skills. A NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) Office Administration/Customer Service and/or an ECDL (or equivalent) would be beneficial Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role. Full UK Driving Licence
