Job description

Join a specialist team maintaining a cross-domain managed service using modern Application Support and SRE practices. You'll support deployments, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues across a diverse tech stack. Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy code using Java, Maven, NPM, Terraform, and Ansible
  • Manage CI pipelines and automated testing (Cypress)
  • AWS, Openshift / Azure
  • Monitor services with InfluxDB and Grafana
  • Terraform/IAC
  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support and incident response
  • Perform OS patching, database housekeeping, and data centre ops

Requirements

  • Experience in managed service environments
  • Strong Java or similar development background
  • Git version control
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Desirable Skills

  • Microservices, AMQP, S3, Oracle
