Job description
We are a Global Recruitment specialist that provides support to the clients across EMEA, APAC, US and Canada., We need a technically astute Programme Manager to join a high-profile Data Centre Exit Programme. The role will lead the planning and execution of migration, technology build, and integration activities - ideally across both physical and cloud environments. Working closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless transition from Legacy infrastructure, with minimal risk and disruption to the business., Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology migration and decommissioning workstreams. Manage the build and integration of new technology platforms (on-prem and cloud). Coordinate with multiple technical and business teams to deliver against tight timescales. Drive progress across a complex set of interdependencies and ensure alignment with programme objectives. Own delivery plans, RAID logs, governance, and stakeholder communications. Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and operational standards. Collaborate closely with third parties and internal banking functions.
Requirements
Proven experience delivering large-scale data centre exit or migration programmes. Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, including cloud (AWS) and physical environments (Servers, storage, network). Ability to manage and integrate across complex IT landscapes and Legacy platforms. Banking or financial services experience is essential. Prior exposure to The Co-operative Bank or similar mid-tier banking environments is highly desirable. Comfortable working in fast-paced, regulated environments. Excellent communication, planning, and risk management skills.
