IT & Website Administrator

• Manage and maintain any hardware, software and network devices that impact the day-to-day running of the business
• Provide technical support to customers via phone & email
• Be comfortable liaising with external developers to ensure our custom EPOS system functions correctly
• Provide input and be able to take responsibility for new projects (website / system upgrades etc)
• Creation and maintenance of complex Excel documents
• Effectively manage login credentials for various systems & services
• Take charge of ensuring backup, integrity, and recovery of business-critical data
• Ad-hoc office duties when required

Do you have experience in WordPress?, The ideal candidate must be experienced in all aspects of general IT administration / maintenance as well as:

Skills (Essential):

• Understanding of IT infrastructure and networking
• Experience with Windows 11 & Office 365
• Must be proficient using Excel formulas and formatting (Lookups, Conditional Logic, Data Validation & Conditional Formatting, etc.)
• Data analysis & management
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good telephone manner

Skills (Desirable):

• Familiar with the use of website backends such as Magento and Wordpress
• Understanding of HTML & CSS
• Have good working knowledge of technical SEO and website maintenance
• Power Query knowledge desirable but not essential

This job is a full time on-site role with the working week being Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. An immediate start is available for the right person. Salary dependent on experience.
