IT Administrator

You'll be the tech backbone of our operation, maintaining and improving the digital systems that keep our teams moving. From refining clock-in apps to implementing smarter software solutions, you'll play a key role in streamlining our infrastructure to support business growth., * Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve internal systems and processes

• Manage and optimise Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for the business
• Write and run basic SQL queries to support reporting and data tasks
• Research and implement employee time-tracking apps (clock-in/out systems)
• Evaluate and recommend software solutions, including AI tools, to support business growth
• Explore opportunities to integrate AI solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Liaise with departments to understand tech needs and deliver user-friendly solutions

• Solid knowledge of Google Workspace administration
• Comfortable with basic SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Working knowledge of AI tools and platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, automated assistants)
• Proactive in researching emerging technologies that improve efficiency
• Great communication skills-you'll be working with both techies and non-techies
• Experience in a service-driven or field-based industry is a plus
