Job description

  • Managing the configuration and setup of the Manhattan warehouse management system and Metapack to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Reviewing and actioning change requests in line with agreed authorisation processes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the use of Manhattan, Metapack, and related data to boost efficiency and streamline processes
  • Maintaining accurate configuration records, including process documentation and warehouse floor plans
  • Auditing system compliance across processes, access, and user behaviour
  • Creating and sharing training materials and best practice guidance for Manhattan and Metapack users across ICT and Group teams
  • Working with the Head of Supply Chain and wider team to deliver the WMS improvement roadmap and support related projects and testing

Requirements

  • Has experience with Warehouse Management Systems, ideally Manhattan and Metapack
  • Understands warehouse, systems, and inventory operations
  • Can develop, test, and implement process or system improvements
  • Thinks critically and confidently challenges existing ways of working
  • Is skilled in Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and data abilities
  • Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Is organised, adaptable, and works well as part of a team
  • Learns quickly and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
