Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Desk Engineer to join our team in Dundee. You will work within our Support Team to deliver exceptional levels of customer service to our clients.

Requirements

  • Various PC & Laptop Hardware
  • Windows Desktop Operation Systems
  • Windows Server Operating Systems
  • Microsoft 365 use and support
  • Experience in security tools AV / EDR / spam filtering / web filtering
  • Basic networking DHCP / DNS, etc.
  • Security conscious
  • Customer service skills / customer-facing experience
  • Valid UK Driver's License (Desirable)
  • ITIL Experience (Desirable)
  • Mac OS Experience (Desirable)
  • Firewall / router experience (Desirable)
  • Working in an MSP environment (providing support to multiple clients) (Desirable)
