Job description

The Digital Marketing & Content Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual content across digital and traditional channels, ensuring a strong and consistent brand identity, managing the company website, producing and captioning video content, and analysing website performance to support marketing and business objectives., Graphic Design & Brand Identity

  • Design graphics for social media (posts, stories, adverts)
  • Create brochures, exhibition materials, and other printed collateral
  • Develop and maintain visual brand identity, including style guides, brand assets, and templates

Video Production & Captioning

  • Produce short-form video content for social media, web, and internal use
  • Edit video and add captions/subtitles
  • Coordinate and undertake video shoots

Website Management

  • Maintain and update the website (content, images, UX adjustments)
  • Implement CMS changes
  • Ensure website design and content align with brand guidelines

Digital Content Creation

  • Design web content with technical product and application input from colleagues (landing pages, blog, case studies)
  • Work with marketing team to develop campaign assets
  • Design email marketing templates

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Generate monthly/quarterly reports on website traffic, user behaviour, conversions
  • Recommend and implement improvements (UX, SEO, AEO, content) based on data

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work with Sales & Marketing Director on campaign planning and execution
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners when needed
  • Support event planning and coordination
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independently

Requirements

Technical / Design Skills

  • Proficient with visual marketing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or others)
  • Experience with video editing tools
  • Strong understanding of web CMS (e.g., WordPress)
  • Skill in designing for both print and digital

Digital Marketing / Analytics

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (or equivalent)
  • Understanding of SEO, AEO, and web performance principles
  • Ability to interpret data and make recommendations

Creative & Branding

  • Eye for detail and strong visual design sense
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into visual assets
  • Strong storytelling skills (for video and web content)

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English language)
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Project management: ability to manage deadlines and stakeholders

Experience

  • Ideally minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role (or agency background)
  • Experience of working in an SME or small marketing team is a plus

Education

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
