You'll work closely with engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams to embed best practices, automate processes, and deliver stable operations.

Requirements

This is a hands-on technical role suited to someone who thrives on solving complex problems, driving improvements, and mentoring others. You'll have autonomy to shape solutions and influence standards, while contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

The Skill Requirements: We're looking for candidates with a blend of the following:

  • Strong experience with relational database technologies (Mongo/MariaDB/MySQL/Oracle or similar)
  • Deep understanding of database architecture, replication, partitioning, and performance tuning
  • Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Shell or Python)
  • Understanding of DevOps methodologies ad practises (IaC, CI/CD, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
