As our new Innovation and Networking Center Manager youll be at the heart of this ecosystemcoordinating cross-functional teams supporting cutting-edge start-ups and driving impactful partnerships across sectors.

What Youll Do

• Orchestrate daily operations across clinical research education start-up incubation and innovation translation.
• Act as the central point of coordination for multidisciplinary teams and projectsremoving barriers aligning timelines and ensuring seamless execution.
• Support research and validation efforts by managing logistics documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Lead the planning and promotion of events workshops and strategic visits with leading academics policy-makers and healthcare innovators.
• Collaborate with marketing to elevate the centers brand digital presence and stakeholder visibility.
• Onboard and assist start-ups in our incubation programs driving business development and long-term partnerships.

• An organized and collaborative project manager skilled at working across disciplines and managing multiple initiatives.

• A clear communicator who builds strong relationships with researchers executives start-ups and external partners alike.

• Tech- and brand-savvy with experience in digital marketing event planning and stakeholder engagement.

• Energized by complexity adaptable in fast-moving environments and comfortable making things happen. Qualifications : What You Bring

• A Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Communications Innovation or a related field.

• 2 years experience in operations innovation management research coordination or marketingpreferably in a healthcare academic or tech-led setting.

• Familiarity with clinical research product development or innovation ecosystems is a plus.

• Strong experience with social media branding and outreach strategies.
