Digital Content Executive

You'll be at the heart of our digital presence, shaping engaging content, building websites, and driving our online strategy to share the incredible stories of our ONE TEAM community.

What You'll Do

• Create and manage digital content that inspires and informs.
• Design and update websites and social media channels.
• Use data and analytics to grow engagement and visibility., * Develop and deliver engaging content and digital strategies aligned with company goals.
• Design, build and maintain websites, including redesigns, updates, and new features.
• Create high-quality, engaging content across all social media channels.
• Optimise content for SEO, accessibility, user experience and brand identity.
• Use data and analytics to track performance, report insights, and refine strategies.
• Work closely with Marketing and Communications to ensure a consistent brand voice.

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Proven experience in digital content creation, web design and marketing.

• Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
• Experience with image editing software such as Photoshop.
• Knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress/Webflow.
• Knowledge of SSL implementation and basic HTML/CSS.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for detail.
• Confident using analytics to inform content and strategy.
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple projects to defined deadlines.
• Creative, curious, and passionate about innovation in digital design and storytelling.
