Job description

The Consulting Team leverages business and technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions, enabling clients to enhance operational efficiency and solve business challenges with cutting-edge technologies. As a Solutions Consultant, you will combine business and technical knowledge with strategic insight to support digital transformation, manage end-to-end project delivery, and drive long-term customer success.

What You Will Accomplish in the First 12 Months

  • Lead the execution of consulting engagements, including implementations and ongoing strategic engagement
  • Gain the trust of key customer stakeholders and offer strategic, insightful guidance to support their business decisions
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product engineering to integrate customer needs into the future product roadmap and strategic initiatives
  • Develop a strong understanding of core products and Salesforce platform functionality
  • Identify new opportunities through proactive, consultative engagement with customers to drive growth

Responsibilities

  • Gain deep insight into customer business challenges, technology requirements, and strategic objectives to translate into clear, actionable guidance for internal teams
  • Take full ownership of end-to-end implementation, including product configuration, system migration, and comprehensive testing
  • Work across internal and customer systems to ensure a smooth and successful launch
  • Lead meetings and communications with customers throughout the entire lifecycle, building trust and confidence

Requirements

  • Advanced experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem

  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing Salesforce Data Cloud

  • Refined problem-solving and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, engaging both internal teams and direct customer interactions

  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, creative work environments

  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities, capable of handling multiple customer engagements simultaneously

  • A desire to pursue additional, relevant certifications and learning opportunities

  • Passion for learning cutting-edge technologies

  • Ability to leverage AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to enhance productivity and decision-making Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of life-sciences, pharmaceutical, and / or healthcare industry consulting experience

  • Familiarity with Agile practices and iterative development cycles

  • Experience using environment management tools within Salesforce such as Copado, GitHub / VSCode, etc.

  • Experience interacting with, managing, or building with AI agentic workflows

Benefits & conditions

Compensation for this role in all U.S. locations ranges from £70,000-£90,000 GBP annually. This position may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards.
