What You Will Do:

• Develop and deliver AI & ML solutions for autonomous uncrewed ground vehicles, including dedicated UGVs, optionally uncrewed platforms, and third-party applications.

• Contribute to the vision and strategy for AI & ML capabilities, supporting innovation in applied AI & ML technology.

• Lead the development of algorithm models, retraining processes, data collection tools, and datasets.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with software, hardware, prototyping, and testing teams to ensure requirements are met and solutions are validated.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, methodologies, and applications to drive innovation and maintain industry competitiveness.

• Identify and address training and development needs to enhance expertise and capabilities., This role plays a vital part in supporting the company's mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions for the Defence sector. By contributing to the development of autonomous systems and AI capabilities, you'll help ensure the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements, meeting customer needs and outpacing competitors.

Proven experience in developing autonomous technologies and solutions, particularly in off-road environments is highly desirable.

• In-depth expertise in AI & ML fundamentals, methodologies, and tools such as computer vision.

• Strong knowledge of robotics, uncrewed systems, and autonomous technologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
