IT/Digital Project Manager

Our client is looking for an IT/Digital Project Manager to join our Transformation & Technology team and lead the delivery of digital and operational initiatives that improve the passenger journey and airport efficiency. With the main purpose of integrating modern AI, digital & e-commerce platforms and cloud systems including Oracle, Salesforce, and bespoke applications to deliver seamless experiences for passengers, airlines, and partners.

In this role, you'll drive Scrum and waterfall project delivery across cross-functional teams, managing projects that connect enterprise systems, enhance mobile and web applications, and optimise data flow between Oracle-based platforms, Salesforce, and other core systems. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions, on time, within budget, and aligned to the Airport's strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end agile delivery of digital and operational transformation projects.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
• Lead waterfall structured projects to deliver business change transformation
• Manage the integration of Oracle, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms to streamline processes and enhance data connectivity.
• Oversee app development and digital platform initiatives, ensuring robust, user-focused design and performance.
• Partner with architects and developers to ensure seamless system interoperability across cloud, on-premise, and mobile environments.
• Track and report on delivery metrics, driving continuous improvement and agile maturity.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, issues, and interdependencies.
• Promote agile values, coaching teams and stakeholders on Scrum best practices.
• Ensure projects deliver tangible business value, improved efficiency, and enhanced customer experience.
• Understand and deliver to strict security policies

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe).
• Experience managing digital platform integration projects involving Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with app development (mobile or web) and cloud-based digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to balance agile delivery with governance and regulatory requirements.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, Prince2 Agile) are desirable.

• A competitive day rate in the region of £300 - £350.
