A growing organisation in Westerham is seeking a proactive IT Engineer to join their friendly and fast-moving team. What you'll do
Provide hands-on support across hardware, software, networks, and user queries Assist with maintenance and improvement of on-prem and cloud systems Troubleshoot issues efficiently, escalating where needed Contribute to ongoing IT projects and upgrades Help ensure security, reliability, and smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
Solid experience in an IT support or IT engineering role Knowledge of Windows environments, O365, networking basics and common troubleshooting methods A helpful, customer-focused approach and clear communication The ability to prioritise, take initiative and work well both independently and as part of a team
