As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will provide day to day support to customers on a variety of tailored, bespoke and in-house computer systems. This role encompasses 1st, 2nd line support with growth to 3rd Line, allowing you scope to provide truly end to end solutions. You will be required to work both as part of a team and independently, have an analytical brain and be able to communicate at all levels.
Technical skills (Essential):

Understanding and experience of Windows computer and user management: Active Directory Users & Computers, Group Policy, Entra ID

Understanding and experience of Windows Operating Systems: Windows 10, 11, Server 2016 - 2025.

Understanding of Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP Routing, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, Wireless Access Points, Switching & Routing
Technical skills (Desirable):

Experience of using cyber security tools

Experience using SQL Databases
Soft Skills:

Excellent communicator.

Presentation skills - must be confident and comfortable presenting and demonstrating our product to the customer in training sessions and on support calls.

Customer service skills.
